UPI MARKETING is a fully integrated sports marketing and licensing company that was co-founded in 1994 by Gene Smith and
Jeffrey Flynn in Hermosa Beach, California.

UPI MARKETING has innovated, designed and implemented hundreds of promotional and retail product throughout North America over the past two decades involving Licensing with the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, IOC & HARLEY-DAVIDSON for dozens of clients including Coca-Cola, Duracell, Home Depot, Gillette, IBM, Kellogg's, Lowes, McDonald's, Nestle', Pet-Co & Wal-Mart. Many of these programs included a substantial charitable element.

UPI MARKETING has conceptualized and produced a wide variety of programs ranging in size from single game venue premiums to national Olympic programs for McDonald’s and Coca-Cola. Other ventures feature highly successful retail programs throughout the sports licensing industry in addition to national "Father’s Day" & "Mother’s Day" promotions.

In the past decade, UPI MARKETING has also specialized in aligning leading License properties with numerous consumer products throughout the hardware, home improvement, lock-smith, pet care and personalization industry.

Products include TEAM-KEYS™ (decorated key blanks featuring Licensed logos), Personalized Engraving Products (featuring Licensed logos that can be personalized for fashion, jewelry, pet ID-tags & luggage tags).
